Privacy Policy for TerritorySync
TerritorySync is a managed territory-operations service for pre-approved users. This policy explains the data handled by Territory Field and its connected administration clients.
Data we process
- Account data: name, email address, Firebase user identifier, role, and account status.
- Territory and work data: assignments, address and house records, labels, notes, visit history, draft change requests, review decisions, source-file metadata, and related audit activity.
- Service data: authentication tokens and limited network, device, request, IP-address, and service-log information processed as needed to authenticate users, synchronize records, prevent abuse, operate cloud functions, and troubleshoot the service.
- Support data: information you choose to include in a support request.
How data is used
- Authenticate approved users and enforce role-based access.
- Display and synchronize assignments, territory records, maps, source files, notes, roster history, and proposed changes.
- Maintain review history, operational integrity, security, and service reliability.
- Respond to support, correction, access, deactivation, and deletion requests.
Location and maps
- Territory Field does not request or collect the device's current location.
- Addresses and map coordinates shown in the app are territory records supplied or approved by authorized users and administrators.
- Apple Maps services may process map searches, map tiles, and selected coordinates under Apple's applicable privacy terms.
Service providers and sharing
- TerritorySync uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage, to provide sign-in, synchronization, backend processing, and file access.
- Authorized organization administrators and users can see data needed for their roles and current assignments.
- Data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or with the relevant organization's direction.
- TerritorySync does not sell personal data and does not share data for third-party advertising.
Tracking and analytics
- Territory Field does not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
- Territory Field does not include Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or Crashlytics.
